Export of Domestic Precision Machine Tool Accessories Expands Steadily, Custom Fixtures Become Overseas Procurement Focus

In the first half of 2026, China’s machine tool accessories sector maintained steady growth, with precision clamping parts including lathe
chucks, soft/hard jaws and T-slot fixtures recording rising overseas orders. Industry data shows China’s export of machine tool components
increased by over 9% year-on-year, with robust demand from Southeast Asia, North America, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Auto
manufacturing and general machinery factories place bulk orders for standardized and custom tooling accessories made in China.
Driven by national policies for domestic core machine tool parts, local manufacturers keep upgrading heat treatment technologies for
materials like 20CrMnTi carburized steel and 42CrMo alloy steel, greatly improving micron-level machining precision. Custom soft jaws and
special-shaped chucks fit various CNC lathe models with outstanding cost performance. Multiple precision metal factories based in Kunshan
reported surging inquiries from buyers in Canada, Belarus, Uzbekistan and other regions. The whole industry is upgrading from basic
consumables to high-precision customized clamping solutions.
